Somerset Singles Social Ski & Golf Club is to create friendships
and make a positive difference in the lives of our members;
we ski, golf, socialize and just have fun.

General Membership Meeting
Second Tuesday of Every Month at the

AMERICAN POLISH CULTURAL CENTER
2975 East Maple Rd. (15 Mile Rd.)Troy, MI 48083.
On the North West corner of 15 Mile Rd and Dequindre Rd.

Doors open at 7:00 p.m.

Dancing will begin at 7:30 pm
with a short meeting at 9:00 pm
followed by the 50/50 drawing,
then back to dancing and socializing until 11:00 pm.

Tell them that we do more than just skiing or golfing!  
Tell them we have a busy social and sports calendar of activities every month
of the year so non-skiers and non-golfers will have lots of fun too.  
Get them into the club!

CURRENT MEMBERS - New members must write your name on their membership application for proper credit.

Membership Fees:

The annual membership fee is $40. Becoming a member, has its advantages. First and foremost, you will meet a lot of fun people and have a wealth of new activities to choose from. A monthly newsletter will keep you up to date of everything we have planned. As a Somerset Club member you will receive discounts on all events and trips that we run as well as discounted admission to General Membership Meetings.

Instructions:

4. If you download the MS-Word Doc or the Plain Text Format, then you can type in your information with your word processor and save it or you can print it out and fill it in. If you download the PDF file, just type in the fields and print it.
5. Print the application and send it with your check to the address on the form.
